Lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home within close proximity to the beach and town centre. Beautifully set out, the open plan kitchen/dining & lounge with air conditioning is very comfortable for a larger family. Unlike other properties this home has a sleepout with a Queen bed and a separate lounge, kitchenette and bathroom for you to bring extra family members that may want to be a bit more secluded from the family.

The fully enclosed yard provides a sense of relief that you can bring your four legged children. The two outside undercover BBQ areas are perfect for entertaining with an option of dining at the front patio or in the back yard.

Stroll three houses down to the beach and enjoy the sunset on the shores of Dunn Bay. Take a short walk to the heart of Dunsborough and do a little bit of holiday shopping. Wake up in the morning and take the family around the corner to the café strip that has the well known Yallingup Coffee house.
